Access to purified water is available and complimentary to all guests. We also have a variety of electrolyte infused beverages available for purchase.  Please keep in mind that the more hydrated you are, the more you will sweat. Be sure to drink plenty of hydrating fluids before and after your treatment. We encourage clients to bring their own reusable water bottle (glass or stainless steel preferred) for best safety practices and environmental conservation.
