As standard practice, we will request all clients provide credit card information to hold a reservation. As a courtesy to our guests, we request cancellations four (4) hours before your appointment time. No call, no shows for single session bookings will be considered a late cancel and counted as fulfilled. If clients with a membership or package cancel an appointment outside our requested notice, one session may be counted as fulfilled. Clients with unlimited memberships may be charged an additional $10 for each cancellation outside the requested notice.
