As standard practice, we will request all clients provide credit card information to hold a reservation. As a courtesy to our guests and to avoid penalty, we request cancellations a minimum of (2) hours before your appointment time.
No call, no shows for single session bookings will be considered a late cancel and counted as fulfilled. If clients with a membership or package cancel an appointment outside our requested notice, one session may be counted as fulfilled. Clients with unlimited memberships may be charged an additional $10 for each cancellation outside the requested notice.
All same-day changes to previously booked appointment times are subject to sauna and staff availability and multiple requests will be assessed a $10 change fee.
